    Caption from "A Different Perspective" exhibition - This view from Milson's point shows the newly finished chimney to Government Printer power station in the Rocks. It still stands beside the Harbour Bridge, but never generated any power. Also just visible on the right is the Dawes Point battery, built in 1791 to prevent invasion by the Spanish, but it never fired an angry shot. It was demolished in 1925 to make way for the Harbour Bridge.
