Scope and Content
This sketchbook appears to be a practice book of studies for trees and foliage and country scenes in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Cheshire. On the verso of front cover is a list of London addresses and on the verso of back cover is a poem by Miss D and notes relating to a drawing of `Mr Coopers cow’

The sketchbook is landscape format, with marbled cover and corners bound in leather. Based on the numbering system used for the sketches and assuming the highest extant sketch is also the last, approximately 33 sketches are missing.

Attributions / conjectures

All including the loose, trimmed work is conceivably by Glover, although some are extremely basic, possibly not by Glover.
