  Caption label no. 4 on mounted board. "Orange-flowered mistletow. Dendrophthoe homoplastica. 'We came to a bend in the river … where its channels were divided by high green banks on which were growing large drooping tea trees, Melaleuca; growing on these I found a beautiful species of Loranthus, with large fascicles of orange coloured flowers, the leaves cordate, and clasping the stem'. W. Carron, 1 September 1848".
