Scope and Content
The focus of the scrapbook is on Australian musicians and their performances both in Australia and abroad, as well as visiting musicians to Australia. The newscuttings mainly come from the Australian Town and Country Journal, the Sydney Mail, the Telegraph, and the Australasian Art Review. There are also pages extracted from The Musical Times (London), 1894-1899, as well as a concert program and flier.

Several clippings have not been pasted down but remain loosely inserted between pages of the scrapbook.
