Philip Lindsay was born in Sydney in 1906, the son of Norman Lindsay. In 1929 he left Australia for England where he lived for the remainder of his life. He wrote over 40 historical novels as well as historical biographies. His autobiograhy, I'd live the same life over, was published in 1941. He died in 1958. - Scope and ContentTypescript draft with manuscript corrections of a novel set in Sydney. It was written while Lindsay was living in King's Cross.
