Prints - 53.9 x 74.2 cm - 1 chromolithograph : a portion of right hand border has been torn from print and is now missing

Beneath image and title is printed "Presented with a commemorative medal to [continued in hand writing] The Honourable Sir John Hay K.G.M.G." The signatures of the executive president and secretary to the Royal Commission are also written over their printed titles.
At bottom right of allegorical image is printed "Tho.s Riley. inv et pinx."
Beneath certificate is printed "Fac-simile Chromo Litho Art Studio, London. W. Griggs, Imp. London"
The names of British colonies are printed in the border of the certificate
