  Information from NSW Government Printer - negative 2579 Inscription on crane: This crane was erected at the north end of Campbell's Wharf on the west side of Sydney Cove prior to 1842. It was probably the first wharf crane used on the Port of Sydney. Erected at Goat Island, 1947
