  Cheese Room, Kameruka Estate (interior). Each one of the cheeses on shelves had to be turned by hand every day, sometimes for nine months for the matured cheese, some weighed up to 70 pounds. Below the bottom shelf there was a tunnel from the east, drawing cooler air. The Estate is 12 miles from Candelo, NSW
