    Belinda, Lady Street was born in 1865. She was born Belinda Maud Poolman, daughter of Frederick William and Belinda Mary Poolman. In 1888 she married Sir Philip Street. They lived firstly at Meadowbank, and after 1906 at 'Liverynga', Elizabeth Bay, NSW. Belinda Street had four sons, only three of whom survived infancy. Belinda Street died in 1944, survived by her sons Kenneth Whistler Street and Ernest Whistler Street. Her second son Laurence Whistler Street was killed in action at Gallipoli in May 1915.
