Victor Trumper (1877-1915), was a right-handed batsman who played 32 tests for Australia between 1899 and 1912. He was universally admired for his sportsmanship and the artistry of his batting. He died from Bright's disease at the age of 37. - Scope and ContentIn this letter Victor Trumper briefly outlines his philosophy of cricket and refers to two of his contemporaries - George Giffen and Dr W.G. Grace.
