  "Personal inspection by no.1 sub-committee. eleventh day, Monday, 6 December, 1875 ... We visited Arthur-place in Kent-street (Burnell owner). This place comprises nine houses, two rooms each, 10 1/2 ft x 13 ft 8in., and 8 1/2 ft high, rented at 6s a week.
