  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    The world premieres of Patrick White's plays The Ham Funeral (originally written in London in 1947), The Season of Sarsaparilla and Night on Bald Mountain (written during 1961 and 1962) were presented by the Adelaide University Theatre Guild in 1961, 1962 and 1964 respectively. The 1964 production of Night on Bald Mountain was staged as part of the Adelaide Festival of Arts. All three productions were directed by John Tasker.
