    1) Kirby Manuscripts: Letter 1880 from J. Barrett, Waimate, N.Z. describing life in New Zealand; catalogue, 16 p. (1905?) of a historical exhibition about a ship reputed to be the Success. The catalogue contains lengthy notes about individual convicts and settlers associated with the Success, especially during its days as a prison hulk. 2) Hand, Morgan and Owen (solicitors): "New Zealand Comany. Terms of purchase for a quantity of land in the Wellington district", by John Ward, printed in 1843; printed circular 1843, re the purchase of land , by Thomas Cudbert Harington, an official of the Association for Promoting the Settlement of Otago. A map of New Zealand is included in the article. 3) Picture collection : six engravings of people and views of Manila (1798?)
