Drawings - 8.4 x 7.4 cm., image - 9.5 x 8.5 cm., case - 1 watercolour on ivory miniature, stored in square red cardboard case with cream lining the underside of hinged lid, two metal hooks and two eyelets (one hook is missing) for fastening.

The man in this portrait wears a white linen shirt with wing collar, a black stock at neckline, cream silk striped waistcoat with black piping on the reveres, and a double breasted navy wool jacket with a wide collar.

The glass is ill-fitting and may not be original.
