  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    Businessman and historian James Henry Watson (1841-1934) was a pioneer in the study of Australian history. He was a member of the Royal Australian Historical Society from 1904, served as the president in 1909, 1926-1927 and honorary research secretary between 1915-1932.
