  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    Caroline Louisa Waring Atkinson, artist, author, naturalist, and taxidermist, was born at Oldbury Farm, Sutton Forest, on the lower Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Louisa was raised in a literary family being the daughter of two authors; James Atkinson and Charlotte (nee Waring).
