    In pencil on the reverse, probably in a former Mitchell Library Officer's hand, "Taken / from Mitchell Library / 2 in 1 mount / Sketch by G.F. Angas / (No.2)".
    Provenance of item derived from a list of material that was deposited with the National Art Gallery (Art Gallery of N.S.W.), prior to the Mitchell Library's opening in 1910.
