Contents from typed captions below photographs. Photographs of the theatre are on photographic paper, with the name and address of the Paramount on the lower right hand corner
The Paramount is a single-floor theatre with a capacity of 1140. Gold velvet curtains join both sides of the theatre across the screen eliminating a conventional proscenium. The auditorium is surrounded by a decorated frieze supported by fluted Corinthian columns, forming a pelmet for the main curtain. Classic statues on pedestals line the walls between repetitive sections of the gold velvet curtains. -- Typescript note in the front cover of the album
