    This volume contains mainly letters received and copies of letters sent by Philip Gidley King (1758-1808), and letters received and copies of letters sent by his son, Phillip Parker King (1791-1856). Correspondents include Anna King, Harriet King, George Crossley, Richard Aitkens, Governor Thomas Brisbane, Sir Joseph Banks, Viscount Castlereagh, and Hannibal Macarthur.
