The original appears to be unsigned and undated, but is titled as above at lower centre below frame line.

The sketch is in outline only, but the view is very similar to a watercolour held in the Library (ML Ref. SV6B/Sull C/1), it seems probable that one was sketched from the other (see notes at PXn 13 concerning attribution, etc. of watercolour).
