  Signature 'J B Henderson' stamped in lower left corner. Title on old mount in library officer's hand 'Colonial Sugar Co's Works, North Sydney'. Title in pencil on back 'Sugar Company's Works, North Sydney'. Mr. Levick, C.S.R.'s research officer, pre 1957, said these were Robey & Co.'s Sugar Works Oyster Cove, 1857-1859, which were purchased by C.S.R. in 1859 and dismantled. This date seems too early for Henderson, who seems to have been in Victoria in the 1850's and 1860's.
