The pennant is blue with yellow lettering reading 'Dr. H.V. Evatt' followed by a map of Australia overpainted with the letters 'ALP'. The pennant was used on the cars bringing disabled voters to te polls (information supplied by the donor) for Dr. Evatt's first election to the seat of Barton.
