    Keith Benjamin Charles Milburn was born on 9 November 1906 in Enfield, New South Wales. On 27 March 1937, he married Phyllis May Pell. He worked for Concrete Industries (Monier) and was the company's General Manager from at least 1951. He died on 17 June 1982.
