In 1983 the Turnbull Library Endowment Trust issued the twenty-eighth set of the 'Turnbull Prints', and will have made available to the public one hundred separate reproductions of original paintings and photographs from the National Library's pictorial collections in the Alexander Turnbull Library. Through the 'Turnbull Prints' many thousands have learned to know rare works in reproduction and so to share New Zealand's pictorial heritage
