Wyldefel Gardens, residential apartments completed in 1936, were built to a design by prominent art collector W.A. Crowle and his architect John Brogan. An example of Continental Moderne style, these waterfront apartments were built down the sides of a sloping block of land with garden in between so as not to obstruct the view from Wyldefel House. The apartments are located at 8A Wylde Street, Potts Point, N.S.W..

W.A. Crowle lived in the two-storey apartment above the boatshed which he called 'Once Upon a Time'.
