The documents of titles are mainly NSW, in particular County of Cumberland 1816-1916, cover also Queensland, South Australia, Northern Territory, Victoria, New Zealand, England 1844 and Scotland 1879. Under NSW the arrangement is by county then by parish with a separate section for stations. The other documents consist of miscellaneous assignments, convenants, releases etc., 1836-1919, deeds of settlement of the Ophir Copper Mining Co. 5 May 1853 and of the Queensland Steam Navigation Co. 1 April 1861 and two volumes of ship's protests 1875-1941.
