Andrew Cunningham, d.1887, left his estate at Lanyon near Queanbeyan, N.S.W., to two of his sons, Andrew Jackson Cunningham and James Cunningham, as tenants in common. These two formed a partnership for the management of the estate, which they dissolved in 1905, James Cunningham selling his portion of the estate and buying Moonin Plains station near Bulyeroi. This collection mainly concerns these two sons, with some papers referring to their sister, Sarah Alicia Cunningham, and to the children and grandchildren of James Cunningham
