    This series is comprised of printed report on the Mission and various other material relatedd to it but mst of the papers are related to the murder of Stuart Wajimol, a native of the Mission, in May 1928 and the subsequent recall of Gribble from the Mission by the Australian Board of Missions.

    Folder 14/1
    Includes a `Record of progress of the Forrest River mission' which was extracted from the Perth Diocesan Board of Mission's report to the 15th Synod. Also an incomplete 1 page report on buildings and equipment, and a letter from A.O. Neville, Chief Protector of Aborigines, re employment of nativese at the meat works area, 18 June 1923

    Folder 14/2
    Includes an account by Gribble of the `history of the Murder of Stuart Wajimol' and of tribal vendettas. Also a summons to appear at the inquest into Wajimol's death, 10 July 1928

    Folder 14/3
    Includes correspondence re Wajimol's murder and Gribble's recall. Correspondents include: Bishop of Perth, Missions Perth, Chairman of the A.B.M., Ernest C. Mitchell, (Inspector of Aboriginals_ to James Noble and a copy of a reply to this from Gribble.
