    The strike referred to claims by journalists who were operating Visual Display Terminals, VDTs. The file contains copies of correspondence with the AJA and other newspaper companies, the company's industrial solicitors, Messrs Pigott Stinson, some newspaper clippings and results of decisions made in the Industrial Commission. A memo Dated 14 May, by A. Dobbyn, sets down the chronology of events that led to the strike.
    Memo 11 June 1980 from the general manager giving suggestions to executives and staff on the treatment to be given to those returning to work following the strike.
