    Paul Gleeson, originally from Sydney, New South Wales, moved to Nowra on the South Coast with his young family in the 1980s. Gleeson is a Group Captain for the New South Wales Rural Fire Service and has been volunteering for over 30 years. He also works for the National Parks and Wildlife and Forestry Corporation New South Wales.
