    Denis Sefton Delmer (1904 - 1979) was a British journalist of Australian heritage and propagandist for the British government during the Second World War. He was fluent in German and during the war, he led a black propaganda campaign against Hitler by radio from England. After the Second World War, Delmer became chief foreign affairs reporter for the Daily Express.
