  • ADMINISTRATIVE/ BIOGRAPHICAL HISTORY

    The Bobin Butter Factory, a branch of the Wingham Co-operative Butter Company, was opened on 6 November 1918. J.A. Grant, manager of the parent branch, had drawn the plans and installed the machinery.

    Alfredo (Alfred) Louis Francis Stephen Mario Cavalchini (approximately 1884-1936) owned a business in Wingham as a 'Baker, confenctioner, and photographer'.
