  In the first of two interviews for the State Library of New South Wales, publisher and author, Richard Walsh speaks about his family, including the death of his brother, and the role of libraries in his life. Richard also discusses the notions of failure and ambition, online models of journalism, the Zeitgeist Gazette, working with Richard Neville, Rupert Murdoch and Kerry Packer, and his role as chief-executive of publishers and booksellers, Angus & Robertson.
