    RDC Ltd was a real estate development company based in Sydney, New South Wales. The company was involved in major housing developments in Western Australia and South Australia. It also constructed major shopping centres and office buildings in Sydney, New South Wales. Merlin Hansen was appointed Director, 1960, then Chairman, 1962 until his retirement from the board, 1981.
