Joseph Mallard (b. 1967) is an Australian photographer with Aboriginal heritage who has studied photography both in the USA and Australia. His work is represented in the State Library of Western Australia and the State Library of New South Wales holds a number of his photographs of urban development in Sydney and suburbs.

Comprises 14 digital photographs documenting urban development in inner suburbs of Sydney, including, Annandale, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Darlington, Enmore, Erskineville, Newtown, Redfern, and Rozelle Bay, 2016.
