Mazz Image is a freelance photographer and creator who specialises in portraiture and event photography. She studied at the College of Fine Art and the University of New South Wales, graduating with a Master of Art (Photo-media). She worked as a photo-journalist in Sydney for over fifteen years documenting queer communities and events, and creating photographic montages which were regularly published in the Sydney Star Observer. Her images have also been incorporated into exhibitions, publications and art-films in Australia, Europe, Asia and the United States. She has been teaching art classes in Oxford, England since 2015 and assisting with the annual Oxford Pride Day since 2007 and is an active human rights advocate.
