    Mary Jo Capps provides an overview of Australia's cultural history and recounts her career in the Australian music scene since the age of 23 in 1977, including her role with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Musica Viva Australia and other consultancy work for government agencies.

    Capps talks about her studies in musicology at the University of Toronto, Canada, the career from being a typist at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation to becoming the CEO of Musica Viva, 1999-2018, and raising fund for artistis in the Australian Digital Concert Hall during the covid-19 pandemic.
