- Scope and ContentSusan Prior first came to Norfolk Island to raise her family with her then husband who was the island dentist. In this interview, Susan talks about the pull of Norfolk Island; the administrative differences between the island and the mainland; renovating a home on the island; shipping access including the need for containerisation over break bulk cargo; sewerage problems and the establishment of a water quality committee; loss of coral reef and wildlife, including the illness of Doris the turtle; and her own role in photographing the island's ecology over many years.
